ORB is Spoutlogic’s specialist human movement and behavioural research offering. We study how people move through spaces, what they notice and how they interact with brands, communications and services.
Human movement studies, eye tracking and complementary biometric measures help us understand an experience from different perspectives. Research can take place on screen, in a lab, in real-world environments or through virtual and mixed reality.
The findings help teams improve layouts, wayfinding, menus, signage and service interactions—and test proposed changes before committing to a build or refit.
